ACCESSIBILITY

Access to the premises

Cloughmore Medical Centre is fully accessible to patients with mobility issues. There are no stairs into the practice and our front doors are automatic and open on approach.

For patients needing to access the first floor of the practice we have a fully functioning lift for our patients to use that opens up onto our first floor waiting room.

Parking

We have a small patient car park at the front of our practice (12 cars total) with dedicated disabled parking bays.

We are a very busy practice which can make parking on site difficult, if our car park is full there is plenty of roadside parking available.

Audio and Visual Help

To assist patients with hearing difficulties we do have a Hearing Loop system available at our reception desk. More information on Hearing Loop systems can be found at: What is a hearing loop? - Hearing Link Services.

We are also able to provide large print documents for patients with visual impairments on request.
