Raising a Concern
If for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of our service please let us know. We always welcome opportunities to improve patient experience.

If you wish to raise a formal complaint, this must be done in writing to the Practice Manager. (Jackie Stinton) All complaints are fully investigated and a response made within 30 days of receipt.
